Our cleaners document each job with before-and-after photos and a checklist. If we fall short, we’ll gladly issue a partial or full refund based on the situation. However, if the client doesn’t provide access, has an aggressive pet, or behaves inappropriately, our cleaners have the right to leave. In such cases, a trip fee or full charge if most of the work was completed may apply.

Our pricing reflects the quality we deliver. While we often offer coupons and discounts, our residential cleanings start at $139 because we take pride in doing the job right and stand behind every service. For large spaces and commercial properties, pricing can go into the thousands, depending on the type of job.

Each maid cleans around 300 sq ft per hour.

No, you don’t need to be home during the cleaning. Just make sure our team has access to the property and that any security systems or aggressive pets (including snakes) are safely managed before we arrive.

You’re free to make changes to your appointment through your personal Tidy Plus client portal, where you can manage your booking at any time. You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance just note that cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a $50 cancellation fee. You can reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours before the service and add extras like oven or fridge cleaning up to 3 hours before. If you're past these windows, just give us a call we’re here to help and will do our best to accommodate you.
